Aren't they the cutest?!! These cuties are my friends Sonia's little ones which I just reconnected through facebook. I love how facebook connects you with long lost friends :) She was explaining to me how frustrated she was of all her typical "SEARS" portraits and that they could never get anything framable. She was very hesitant to shooting them because she forwarned me that they would not coroperate at all. Sonia apologized in advance and litterally said "Were just going to jump off the car for three minutes, I don't expect much out of them specially not individuals cause that just will not happen!" Of course I laughed and said I'm sure they're not that bad SONIA! Sure enough I got the shot's I wanted and they turned out amazing.

Diana & Steve married at the beautiful Our Lady of Assumption in Turlock, CA. Diana wore some cool RED converse for her wedding shoes and totally rocked them out. A special touch that I loved was that lieu of the traditional wedding favor they decided to donate to The American Cancer Society in honor of the brides grandmother and grooms mother both cancer survivors. I totally teared up when I saw this. There beautiful florals were created Yonans Floral and all stationary hand crafted by Swept Away Designs.

Dorete:
Beautiful pictures!!! They are a great couple! Thanks for the shout out!

This wedding has got to be one of my favorite of all time not because it was gorgeous and stunning in every way you can possibly imagine but I really had so much fun this day. I felt like one of the guests specially after finding out that I was actually related to the groom! Yeah... we're second cousins and we didn't even know until I literally saw all my relatives at the wedding. Too funny...HUH! Well, this blog litterally does not do this wedding justice so I implore you to watch the slideshow! This was my first time shooting a traditional Assyrian wedding and I'd got to say they are so much fun, they party like theres no tomorrow. Jenia and Miguel did such an amazing job planning for their wedding from the two live bands, photo-booth, candy bar and cigar rolling everybody had a night to remember. Enjoy the slideshow... CLICK HERE!

It's a tradition for the parents of the groom to offer monetary offerings so the bride may leave her house to marry their son.

And there she goes... Jenia had the most beautiful smile for the entire day!

Robert was shooting this image while I was capturing the next image... can you find me? LOL
